Assets:

-Because we care about the scarcity and uniqueness we only make single editions.

​

Shipping:

-We ship worldwide via DHL.

​

-We cover the shipping fee up to $ 500 USD, the shipping cost of the physical product will be sought-after once the NFT purchase is made, if it exceeds our free shipping rate the surplus must be covered by the collector.

​

-All confirmed purchases of NFT editions will proceed to the delivery of the physical product and will be delivered between one to four weeks depending on the final destination of the package.

​

-Collector is responsible for the correct shipping address, we do not take responsibility for tax fees, P.O boxes address are not accepted.

​

-Lost packages should be reviewed directly  with the shipping company, if DHL does not resolve please contact nft@metastivn.com

Payment:

-Payment must be made directly in the Open sea marketplace with your Ethereum wallet.

 

-Once you have made your payment at  Open sea marketplace please share with us the shipping address and you will receive your new portal from one to four weeks from the purchase date.

-If you don't have an Ethereum wallet yet, we recommend Metamask.
